Frequently asked questions
One draft credit is consumed each time Orbiton generates a new disclosure draft or a significant revision to an existing draft. Analyst Q&A matches and minor edits to existing text do not consume a credit. On the Starter plan, 100 credits per month supports roughly one full quarterly disclosure cycle plus routine Q&A drafting for most single-entity IR teams.
Yes. All plans include a 14-day pilot period. During the pilot, you upload your prior filings, complete voice calibration, and generate drafts against your actual disclosure requirements. No credit card is required to start the pilot. If the output is not useful to your team, you pay nothing.
Growth plan supports EDGAR and SEDAR format exports, covering US and Canadian listed entities. Full multi-region support (including ASX and LSE format export, international compliance advisory) is available on the Enterprise plan. If you are a non-US filer evaluating Starter or Growth, contact us before starting your pilot and we can advise on which features apply to your exchange format.
The upload step takes 15-20 minutes, depending on the number of source documents. Orbiton then runs the calibration pipeline in the background, typically completing within 30-45 minutes. You receive a notification when the voice profile is ready. Most teams complete calibration the same day they start the pilot.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Your draft credits and entity slots update as soon as the upgrade is processed. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact support if you need assistance with a mid-cycle change.
An issuer entity is any distinct legal entity that files its own investor disclosures. A parent company and its subsidiary that each file independently count as two entities. A dual-listed company filing on two exchanges under the same legal entity counts as one. If you manage disclosures for multiple operating subsidiaries or run investor communications for a holding company and its listed investees, contact us to confirm your entity count before selecting a plan.
